Maritime House, Woolwich - complete refurbishment of a 1960's office block to a luxury 93 apartment building. The building was raised by three storeys and widened on all four sides from the ground up. This was a challenging location with high street shopping and bus routes on two elevations, a live railway line on the third elevation and offices on the fourth. The entire construction was carried out by ECG including, demolition, structural steel, architectural steelwork, structural curtain walling, window and door system, balcony system and balustrades, lifts, entire mechanical and electrical fit out including all the fine finishing and fittings.

Ocean Views, Portland - originally the old NATO base on the island of Portland. The overall project was to strip out the buildings leaving only the superstructure. From this, we manufactured and erected the entire balcony systems which were hung from new additional steelwork which we added to the top of each building. Phase 1 contained approximately 2.5km of balconies.

Cavalier House, Ealing - A redundant office block redeveloped into luxury apartments, The building was widened by 6m in over the full height resulting in a 30% increase in saleable floor space.

Princess Park Manor, Friern Barnett - We were entrusted to manufacture, supply, and erect almost 900 tonne of structural steelwork to facilitate two new 5-storey wings to this outstanding listed building. We also supplied and fitted the stainless steel brace work restraint system.

Comer House, Barnett - As with Cavalier house we raised and extended this office building to provide greater floor space for apartments. These photos show the finish for the penthouse suite.
